Even though this new Macbook is not the downgrade from the previous, the upgrade are well do. This apple laptop have more faster processor, Better wi-fi perfromance 8-2.11n, and longger battery duration. It maybe doesn't have enough budget to make those old macbook owner to upgrade, but they who search laptop that can do almost everything should try this model.
bringing the white shinning polished colour and 1 inch thickness as it's old macbook. this 2.6 Kg Macbook has keep it's Apple look. Open the lid and you will find big LCD screen with 13,3 inch (1280x800 pixel resolution) ready to display rich colour when playing Finding memo through it's DVD drive. The LCD make some reflection, but it doesn't bothering when you watch the movie. Built-in speaker offer nice sound but not loud and low hard tone.
The charming keyboard become the first step Macbook took to back to the 'key low-to-the-base' design and very responsif as it's predecessor. We are little dissapointed when seeiung that macbook doesn't have memory slot, PC card and express card.
This new macbook is avaible in 3 different version, all powered by OS X Leopard, have 1 GB ram, Intel grafik intergrated, and 802.11n Wi-fi bulit-in with bluetooth 2.0+ EDR. You will also get two usb port, mini-DVI and FireWire. The different is in the side: the entry level model (about $1100) have 2GHz processor, 80GB capacitiy and combo drive (DVD-ROM/CD-RW); middle option ($1300) have processor 2 GHz, 120GB HD, and super drive (DVD + R DL/DVD + RW/DVD-RW/CD-RW); and macbook black high-end ($1500) give 2.16Ghz Processor, 160GB HD and superdrive 8x.
