Design and the look on Macbook Pro is top notch. For you who have used to Dell,HP and compaq will feel the quality difference on Macbook Pro. There are couple of compromise that aside Macbook pro to be 1" thinner. Frist there have to be change from a dual layer 8x DVD burner to 4x single layer burner ( 3mm more slimmer)
Aluminium chassis which are thin but strong become the power of this laptops. here are also extra feature for security priority, which is movement sensor will lock hard drive when sudden move detected. Someone even make the program iAlert, that you can use to secure your computer from theft. When the alarm is installed (with remote), laptop will start to blink and your screen will blinging if someone try to take it.
Benchmarking we use in comparing. All run in Windows XP, using boot camp beta with driver provided by Apple.
The effort that Macbook Pro do show that it doesn't as fast as it expect to do from 2.0Ghz Core Duo. But what impress is that it can still run under windos without any faul. With CPU the same as Dell inspiton, clearly Apple capable to work more optimistikly.
For gaming, we use World of Warcraft. To be honest, we are a bit dissapointed with no clock X600, but lucily this laptops is still great. With system and abudant video memory, ironforge game or orgrimmar that use many power can still be played with fun and maximize.
All run fast. Well you can say that this macbook pro can be called the fastest in Mac family. We are little worried when it takes 10 second to launch firefox for the first time. But the next day, it get faster. Now it only takes two second.

What important, it is small and more calm than it's competitor. Maybe this laptop is more expensive than average laptop, but none is as small and as cool as this one. Capable of giving quality alike. We think, Acer 8204 maybe capable closing the peformance for the time. But remembering the first Apple titanium, this laptops can be called cheap. No problem if budget is no problem for you, but there are no wrong in buying this macbook cause you will get style and performance.
